Design and Development of two responsive HTML5 websites

The project is to develop two VERY creative websites. Please respond to the RFP items that are listed at the end of this bid. Canned bid responses will be rejected. Please READ the whole requirements and provide a response. Due to time zones and cultural understanding from a creative standpoint, we are looking for bidders from all of EEU, and Eastern Europe. We are based in London and Madrid. Request for Proposal: Two websites to be developed: All sites must be developed in HTML5. They must be super fast loading, and will be tested from Amsterdam and NYC to London to see how quick they load. They must be creatively designed. We are looking for someone who can provide incredible SEO, web development and web design. The website must be fully responsive – desktop, mobile, tablet, and optimized for mobile devices. SEO is VERY important. Consideration to UX is key. H tags, microtagging, breadcrumbs, everything that Google thinks about must be considered. SEO & Google considerations: Website must load quickly. Observe all google signals reasonably possible. Use MicroFormat (example, such as geo tags, etc.:[login to view URL]). Breadcrumbs for navigation. Website One: This is a simple three page website. The look and feel is VERY important. This is the official page of Twinkly Tus, a music artist. SEO considerations involve: ___ Site map: 1. Home page: The artist with links to her EP’s to her YouTube channel. 2. Contact: Contact page to hire for gigs or for record inquiries. 3. External links. The site will heavily promote the next site to be developed. Website Two: This is a Twinkly Tus’ foundation, and is based around empowering people through music and art. As a niche, she is looking to spread the word about narcissism abuse (which covers Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, psychopaths, psychopathy, sociopaths, and codependency which covers domestic violence. Site map: 1. Home page: This is about the cause. There should be a feature area that shows the latest song. The home page should incorporate the latest blog postings. 2. Blog: The blog will have three separate sections: A) Still I rise (Recovery from Narc Abuse) B) Interviews C) Art and Music 3. Contact Us 4. Make a donation / Get involved 5. Resource Links ZOHO CRM will be used. The chat box needs to be included. A sign up for mailing list page will be set up, which prompts for email, name, cit,state,zip. Zoho snippets to be included throughout site. Google analytics to be setup in site. Advertising. We would like to offer people and organisations the ability to advertise on the site. Therefore, any paid advertising web apps that could be incorporated, we are open to your suggestions. Links: Aside from the links above, there should be links at top and bottom of site that also include the Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter accounts. Payment: The entire chosen bid amount will be deposited into Escrow. Payment will be made upon milestones: 1. 20% upon overall design, layout, look and feel agreed and signed-off 2. 50% upon website and blog developed, configured and uploaded on site. 3. 30% upon completion of UAT, with all bugs/issues resolved.
