Employment Interface

My name is Robin and I assist in the business development at an employment agency located in Toronto, Canada. At the moment we have a surplus of staff who we place on temporary assignments every single day. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What we are looking to create is an interface for students to see when jobs become available through an app on their mobile devices; IOS and Android. We want the students to be able to receive push notifications when a position is available and to create a confirmation button that confirms the staff. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Moving forward, some features we want to integrate into the app are a GPS locator so we can know that the staff has arrived to work on time. If the staff has missed the shift, we want the app to automatically cancel the staff that was late (min. 15 minutes late) and create a push notification so all the other students utilizing the interface will be able to see the job availability and will be able to confirm through the app that they can replace the staff that has not shown up. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Some factors that must be accounted for are - how long it will take for the candidate to arrive into work - GPS locating - Placing "No Shows" or "Late Staff" in a folder called "DO NOT USE" - The first page of the interface should have a login screen for the candidate so we can identify them - Possibly integrating a registration page for new candidates ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ** a company to look at that has a similar app would be RGIS ** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ That is just for the temp staff. On the admin side we need full access to all the candidates information as well the ability to alter and post the job ads that get sent out to the candidates. We need access to an interface that would provide a list of all the staff that have worked including when they have started and finished their shift in a timesheet format. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What we are trying to do is automate the recruitment side of the company for temp staff and we feel that this would be the best way to do it.
