Business Requirements Document Everworks ERP Solution Requirements Gathering: Initial Contact: Anila Hasaj, Operations Analyst/Coordinator At Everworks, I am currently the lead analyst in filtering through companies that could possibly develop and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning system that can automate our specific needs and requirements. Everworks is a Full-Service Integrator and developing an ERP system that is the right fit for us requires ensuring that specific unique use cases can be automated. I am currently researching two different possible routes to take for this implementation. Either developing our own ERP System, or enabling a Dynamics 365 integration where we would use their apps to streamline our processes. High-Level Requirements • integrated business processes • one central database with no duplication of data • easy-to-use, powerful reporting across the whole suite (and therefore the whole organization) • the same look-and-feel across the entire system, making training and using the ERP very straightforward. • Central collection of data for wide-spread distribution. • Invoicing customers and quote templates available and exportable. • Reduces redundant tasks that currently exist and require spread sheets. • Handle for 50-100 users, or depending on the package unlimited users if possible. Low-Level Requirements • Gives a global, real-time view of data that can enable us to address concerns proactively and drive improvements • Data on Aspects such as: • Budget Tracking. • KPI’s. • Project Development over time. • Improve accuracy of financial data • Improves financial compliance with regulatory standards and reduces risk – Hard coded contracts that we provide. • Cloud Based • Allows us to fully automate our development stage from assigning roles and duties to our lead engineers. • Helps us streamline our manual process of development->design ->assembly->commissioning into an automated one *This requires further discussion. • Track our testing procedures and installation procedures. • Enhances customer service by providing one source for billing and relationship tracking. • Efficient implementation of change orders, example: A new addition is added to the project, how is this new addition going to merge with the existing project. Financially and in a Project Management aspect. • Gant Charts • Integrated with Quick books API for accounting purposes Core Functions • Project Financial accounting (Project Cost Tracking Aspect) • Production lifecycle management
