E-Learning Platform for University

We require an online eLearning solution for one University to be delivered in two weeks time. The solution should provide the following features: 1) Learning Management System 2) Learning Content Management System 3) Computer Aided Assessment System 4) Screen Casting System 5) E-Learning Portal 6) Students Record Management System 7) E-Library Application 8) Class Connect To External Libraries The more detailed features within each of the components aforementioned should be industry standards. In other words, we expect a standard proven solution already deployed for other academic institutions in the past. There is not need for customising. The solution will carry the branding of the university. Let us know the total cost of implementation and maintenance including platform set up, online user training and support. While the eLearning solution will be online, the institution wishes to host all content files locally. The winning bidder should advise on the detailed hardware the university will need to host content locally, and how to link it up with the online solution for files uploading, sharing and downloading.
