Ok the tools link you sent has good reviews on CMS but everything lapse in SPEED and you will lose your rankings in google what you had for the last few years. Instead you update the PHP code and MYSQL to the latest version will keep you in LOOP. I see so many clients want their wordpress or woocommerce sites speed to be optimized. It has so many issues with design in bootstrap or other issues etc. SO from MY point i can work with you as programmer and maintain the website in programming for you for long term. you need to have a designer to design the website and modify if anything required.
