Replicated Multisite for My team members

I am working with Global Network Marketing Company as an independent distributor and we sell products thru network marketing. Also I sell products from my company sub-site (direct link of company). I have a team of sub-distributors under me and they want to grow their business. I have created my personal site and with pages about company, myself, business opportunity, product page, contact and blog. Now my sub-distributor sand team members also want similar replicated sites on their domain names so that they can grow their leads and sell more products thru their distributor link. I am looking for a solution where distributor can come and book the domain and select the theme up and running with all pre-loaded products. Here are more details what can be done in back-office CMS panel for sub-distributor: A) Individual domain name website booking where the replicated site will work. May add domain name email address also. B) Few pre-defined 3-4 themes with all built in content like company, products, business opportunity, blog etc. They can select the theme and site is up and running. C) They can customize majority of the content, delete/add/Modify the product details/images. There is no shopping cart needed. Once visitor will click on buy button, it will take to distributor ID link (ecommerce sub-site is provided by our parent company). So it will be pretty easy for us. D) They can write their personalized blogs E) Opt in button for newsletter subscription (it would be good if we can add some auto responder for subscribers) ***Admin Features (Option A):*** a) Backoffice site from my sub distributor can see and register domain and create email id if needed. b) Backoffice panel from there, customization can be done c) Any training page where I can post mine and my senior leaders training, videos, link, guides etc. d) I can see all sites registered and can make any changes in theme in backend if required and can go in all sites Please see more details in attached file
