Script for Website start Gameserver CS:GO

Hello Guys, we have a Leaguescript coded in PHP, JS and mysql. In the Tournements and Leagues are matches scheduled. In the scheduled match we want a button where the teamcaptain can request a gameserver. After the request the Gameserver will start on one of our Rootserver (Maybe Amazon AWS/VPC is possible because cloud and scalable). After the Gameserver ist requested the Captains can see a connect command like: connect 123.456.789:27011; password: pcw Please! Dont discuss over BUDGET! ITS FIXED! Just Hobbycoder!!!
