Set up dev environment and test website plugins

i'll set up a new website, and test the plugins, i've three years of experience with wordpress, building, maintaing, desgning and theme modifcations, installing theme, registering domains, and hosting websites, Also have a deep knowledge of databases, and complete understanding of wordpress, let me know, if I can be your help
