we have a shopify store and we run mainly facebook ads & instagram ads but lately we're seeing a lot of Direct Sales like big amounts and we think these sales are coming from facebook but it doesn't show in FB ads manager and shopify recording it as a Direct Sale, i want this to get fixed and can track where every sale came from which "Source"
