Can you please share me your current requirement and your current project. I want to investigate both and want to give you a suggestion. I am assuming that its possible to use your old Source code and to change it. I believe when you have built B2B then there should have some OrganizationID in your table or May be CompanyID. We can hardcode this for your b2C site and kept the rest same. But again I need to investigate everything with your current requirement to check how much minimum change is good for you. hello i have read you requirement as per my understanding no need to create new one , we can add new user role customer and give privilege to access repair or if needed we will add new page for submitting repair request for customer.

I have 3yrs experience in .net development, both web and desktop with mssql as database. personally I prefer to add features or pages to a website that runs smoothly. in your case my opinion would not be changed if your requirement does not affect your existing modules. you did not clearly mentioned about your existing system and your requirements. if I get a chance to discuss with you about your requirements and understand what have in your project it will better to give suggestions to you.
