Streaming/Radio Programming similar to Live365

I AM NOT LOOKING TO HIRE, I AM LOOKING FOR A PARTNER. I build this streaming online radio in about 2008, its similar to Live365, you can upload your music to different folders, assigned a folder a frequency of play rate, etc. This was built in 2008 originally so it doesnt have all the bells and whistles of the new online radio stations, but this essentially lets you broadcast a simulated stream based on your preferences. In August of 2010 this radio app attracted over 100,000 listeners, with virtually no marketing, so I know that it can with stand a large number of users and can be moderately successful. Its not just streaming but radio programing with very little user knowledge needed., to provide hours of uninterrupted original programming without numerous repeats. It is built that only the admin can control it, but it is not a hard task to allow Users to setup their own radio stations just like live365. The radio app needs to be properly setup and configured but the application does works, minus a couple small bumps and you can listen to the simulated stream through this widget for Windows Only desktop only. There is also a live stream link that can be utilized as well. In its current state, its just a radio app run by the admin, but I want to expand it, so users can also access core of the radio setup and create their own radio stations. My goal is to either offer this as open source or maybe as a subscription basis bu the goal is not monetary. I am interested in a BUSINESS PARTNER that is interested in developing this further as a subscription based site, or one time fee download or open source.
