Web based crypto currency trading advice robot

I need a web based crypto currency trading advice bot. I normally use [login to view URL] to open charts and apply TD Sequential indicator [login to view URL] .This indicator gives buy and sell signals. As there are many coins on the market it is very time consuming to open different charts, change time intervals and apply the indicator. I need a bot that will do these tasks automatically for me. Here are the features needed: 1- Bot will open the charts at [login to view URL] using the ticker symbols. IE: XBTUSD. I will provide you the whole ticker list. 2- Bot will apply the TD Sequential indicator to the charts: [login to view URL] 3- Bot will look for these outcomes on the charts: Green 2 (buy), Green 9 (buy-end), Red 2 (sell), Red 9 (sell-end) 4- Bot will list the tickers with above outcomes. 5- Bot will do this for 3 different time intervals: Hourly chart, 4H Chart and Daily Chart. 6- Bot will repeat this process every hour using the crontab. 7- Users will be able to see the lists using a web page. 8- There will be a username and password protection and a simple control panel where I can enter usernames, password and set expiration date. My maximum budget for this project is 500 USD. So please bid reasonably. Please bid only if you have experience in making bots and data scraping.
