Web-based platform to send bulk WhatsApp and Viber messages

We need to develop a Web-based platform to send bulk WhatsApp and Viber messages ‎1. Allow to paste numbers (copied from an xls/txt etc) and/or upload an xls/csv with list of numbers before it detects and shows which one uses ‎WhatsApp and/or Viber and which one does not, then, it has to pop out different list of numbers using WhatsApp and different list of numbers using Viber. Duplicates numbers have to be deleted. 2. Numbers using WhatsApp and/or Viber accounts can be selected all or individually before messages can be sent. 3. Messages must be able to include text, photos and web links. 4. Send messages from a branded name (photo of the brand has to be included) 5. Can prevent Whatsapp and viber from stopping the registered numbers after sending a few hundred messages. Been able to show how many WhatsApp messages can be sent every day, and how many more can be sent before the account gets blocked. 6. Replies from the users can include text ‎and images. 7. Report interface has to show how many phone numbers use WhatsApp and/or viber and how many of each of them were sent ‎successfully. Extra Requiremetns (not compulsory) 1. It could be good to schedule the WhatsApp/Viber messages that we want to send. 2. Messages should contain an unsubscribe button. Only experienced developers can undertake the project.
