Hi, I can create the models with a high details in 3ds max and zbrush and texturing it in Substance painter , then convert it to low poly by retopology it to the maximum allowed number of vertex or polygons and make a correct uv map then baking maps (AO , Normals bump , diffuse , specular , etc ) from High poly to Low poly model and prepare a package for your game engine (what maps you need ), and give you a high quality work
