Charterd Electrical Engineer Required to help in Ceng application.

I need a chartered Electrical Engineer to help guide me through the chartered application process. Candidate must: 1) The candidate must present to me his/her Ceng certificate and registration number for varification. 2) Must have registered in the past 7 years. older registrants were following the old system and can not be of great help. 3) Must be fluent with the latest UKSPEC standards and the entire registration process. 4) Help me write my career statement (Ihave writen one) but requires review and changing some week parts. 5) Help advise me on the application process step by step, from application preparation, interview preparation...etc. 6) Candidate specialty is prefered in power systems/distribution systems/electrical project management.
