Compile and edit a medical book

I'm a licensed naturopathic doctor and have been for 20 years. As a result, I have a LOT of articles that I have written over the years on medical conditions and natural treatment for them. I would like to compile this information into one or two books. One on natural hormone balance and one on hormones and mental health. The problem is that I don't have the time. I would like someone who has an understanding of medicine, and who is gifted at engaging writing and is skilled at editing.
