Indian Female REMOTE INTERVIEW PARTICIPANT NEEDED for study on online work -- 3

We are doing a research study on Indian women's experience of working on online freelance platforms, such as Freelancer. This project is completely independent of Freelancer. The research is being conducted by Tandem Research ([login to view URL]) - we do research for the purpose of informing public policy, not commercial interest. The remote interview will be done over Whatsapp call, Google meet or Zoom (or other similar based on participant preference). Your name will be anonymised in the final research report. We will only record the interview with participant's consent. Regarding data security, will be securely stored, and will only be used to inform this research project. Please only apply for this job if you are an INDIAN FEMALE working on Freelancer (as well as other similar platforms). The interview will take around 1 hour. Payment for the interview will be fixed at $12 (USD). During the interview, we will discuss: - your demographic information (age, education, location) - Your previous work experience (if any) - Your current online work on Freelancer, and similar platforms - Any other income sources you have, - Covid-19's impact on your work - Your future goals. We are currently looking for participants with between 6 months and 2 years experience of online freelancing, who must have completed at least 3 paid jobs. Only Indian women will be hired as participants. Women doing projects in ANY AREA/SECTOR are eligible.
