Research for cheapest way to get an online degree for soilder

I have a daughter in the military. SHe is being deployed soon. She would like to get a degree so she can rank up eventually. I don't want her to use her GI bill yet. I once had her to do [login to view URL] or something like that. I also had her do like one fema class that was free. She doesn't have a real clue what she would want a degree in. She is not very smart. So something easier. Something outside the box. that is go at your own pace. something cheap because I will have to pay. Can you make me a ppt to give me all the options.
