I believe I can help you. I am a competent Ruby on Rails developer (worked on multiple applications, both in pure Ruby and in Rails < can be seen in my profile), working through TeamViewer is fine as well. Obviously it's pretty hard to give you an adequate pricing as it depends on the length of the project - the one I gave for now involves 10-20 hours project, price would increase if it was something far exceeding that (for example - if it also involved creating a professional website layout, massive amount of javascript animations/AJAX etc). I am available at almost any hour of the day and can also keep in touch via Skype/E-Mail on top of using TeamViewer to ensure every part of the project is done exactly how you would imagine it, I can also explain (if you need it of course) why are certain parts of the code written in certain way or why is one approach generally better than another etc.
