Call center german speaking agent for warm calling

We’re looking for telemarketers ( part time or full time, depending on you) for a long term sales project, that is starting with German speaking countries. So fluent German language is a must. Job Description: • You’ll be logging into a web-based auto-dialer application to make outbound selling calls. The system dials one number after another for you. This will save you a lot of time and will allow high productivity. • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Identify customers' needs, clarify information. Seize opportunities to up-sell products. • A script will be supplied and workflow will be detailed at the start of the engagement. All telemarketers will have a full training program before the calling begins. Requirements: • Please include an audio sample ( 30 sec) • Experience in Sales, Telemarketing. • Must love phone work! • Excellent communication skills and command of the German language (slight accent is fine). • Dependable high-speed internet connection (cable or DSL) during the duration of your shifts.
