Close deals on the phone

My business makes websites - I've hired a company to cold call people/businesses to basically sell them our service, which is to make a website for them and grow their business. But after they have called and got a couple businesses on the hook, the selling isn't done yet, there need to be a couple phone calls more in order to really close the deal, and that's where you come in the picture (hopefully). - as they don't provide that. I have the talking techniques, some psychological tricks, and the way and when you should present the price - but you should, of course, know how to do the job. - So, if you think you can do this and have a success rate from 35-50%, then I will be honored to work with you, if not, then please don't accept this job. Don't mind the budget, as long as you get me clients and is good at your job, don't worry about getting paid. Have a nice day! :D
