As a Telesales Executive your role will consist of making outbound calls to a variety of industries for appointment setting, lead generation, product launches and new business development. Skills Customer focused mind set be able to deliver performance and targets, to an agreed budget and time-scale. Build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and other companies. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Report on equipment and software suitability Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills. Identify and overcome objections. Goal oriented with desire to succeed Good communication skills,confident with open questions Experience: Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
