The estimations are tentative is we are not clear on the scope. if you want to to improvise the fetching of image and video data from the server then I suggest to you the cloud services provided by Amazon or Google. If you want to go with the hosting rather than using the cloud services then you need to implement an algorithm which can break the image upload it and then use the same algorithm to break image receive it and reconstruct it. The other option is very costly e in terms of development while the first option is chargeable by the cloud company so please let me know the option.
