Need to comments and description with references for the existing PowerShell Scripts

Hi, I have a PowerShell Script for O365 SharePoint Online to get the Sites, Site Groups and Permission, etc. But the script needs more references and a description of what the script is actually doing for the documentation purpose. Wanted to include Microsoft reference links wherever it's possible.
