Buid a chatbot

Code a chatbot who can chat and same time receive real-time data. The bot has the following requirements: 1- based on C# 2- VS 2017 3- Microsoft Bot Framework SDK V4 (V4 only, not V3) 4- Use Microsoft LUIS 5- Read and respond to data stored in external DB. 6- Perform some chat with users. 7- Use cards and/or prompts. 8- All resources involved should be based on Microsoft services/products. Details about the dialog flow can be provided after contact with programmer. (Conversation is supposed to be short). In summary: 1 - Greeting user 2 - Receive and store user name. 2 - Write real-time variable from DB*. 3 - Present to user a prompt (3 sub-dialogs, 3**-5 messages each, write different variable from DB, 1 time in each sub-dialog). 4- Back to main dialog (more 3***-5 messages, write third variable from DB). 5 - End. * Response from bot must vary accordingly with the variable value. ** Response from bot must vary accordingly with the variable value. *** Response from bot must vary accordingly with the variable value.
