Build a App or program to Track Inventory

I would like to have an app or software that i can use to track and monitor inventory. The following are the basic functions I need to Add * Warehourse - Able to add multiply locations which can add inventory and orders into to * Add Product Function - Add a product item into each specific warehouse - an inventory item that may be in one warehouse may not be in another * Receipt Inventory into the specific warehouse * Order will be a simple function date - that will included 4 separate text boxes than the product - than a yes or no that the order can be fullfilled based on inventory if it can be the inventory count is reduced - if order cant be fullfileed it goes on back order * Able to see a dash board on all inventory in a warehouse on hand and how much in on back order (So can identify what needs to be ordered) Able to download a csv reoport that can either show what product needs to be ordered line by line relating to a certain warehouse or all orders added within that warehouse Products will just need the following details Warehouse Location: Product Name: Product Descrption Incoming orders will need the following Warehouse location Product Qty Date added Reference Field Orders will need the following Date Name Reference Location Product Name Note Order Fullied This is the basic outline and undertsand what is required will need to also be able to have multily users so can identify who is adding inventory and orders for tracking and audit purposes
