Desktop software using google api.

Hello, I need a google search result scraper created. It will use google api. In the api console, it's called custom search. Software will have a field where I can enter multiple apis because of the limit of queries per day per api, so it will rotate using all apis equally. I will browse and select the txt file with list of keywords in the txt file. There will be processing bar, also showing which keyword number it's working at out of how many total keywords. Then the report will be in csv file, column A have keyword, column B have urls, report will look something like this - keywordA url keywordA url ... keywordB url keywordB url ... etc. Basic gui, will pay for high quality and prefer an expert. Need it done asap. Any language is ok, but need a windows desktop software. Thanks.
