Offline app to convert an open office file (.odt)

I need an offline application which can convert a given open office odt file to either pdf, doc or docx. The odt document will contain many graphs, Header, Footer and an empty table of content which needs to be updated before the conversion. The app is not allowed to use external online conversion services. It must do it locally. If during the conversion it finds an error in either the odt code or in the process, it has to write that information out in an error log. For the project we are looking for a solution without the OpenOffice API. We are using it already and have problems using it. It is not 100% relieable and can crash under load and hangs after that. Trying to recover the old file. That makes it nearly impossible to use an automation with it... So the app will be called with the following parameter: - filename - folder to save the file - errorlogfilename - exportformat i.e.: [login to view URL] -"[login to view URL]" -"c:\temp" -"c:\temp\[login to view URL]" -"pdf" Preferred languages: Delphi/Pascal, Java, Python but not restricted to it... I need: - source code to the program - TOC must be updated - Errors in the source odt file must be reported
