I propose to use a C++ or Python interface to a third-party online API for this. You may need to pay a small fee per month if your usage exceeds a certain number of characters. Relevant Skills and Experience I am currently working on a project which uses a C++ interface to an online TTS API. This is written for a Linux platform. Proposed Milestones $75 USD - Program for TTS and STT What operating systems do you need to support? If you need to support Windows and/or OS X as well as Linux then I may need to revise my bid. Please note that - until I have more details about the project - this bid is PROVISIONAL. I am based in Ireland.
