Need to create a solidworks model of a foldable wheelchair from a sample video

I am designing a wheelchair for handicap dog . I need a system allowing the cart to fold when the dog goes backward and unfold when going forward . There is already an existing system on the market that I would like to improve . So I need to see the mechanism in detail. I need the freelancer to replicate it in solidworks .
