If you have medical transcribing experience, this is the job for you.
I need for you to look at the forms we upload and see what is the common factor. we would eventually like to have a web form that is generic.
Our process is we scan the medical transcripts, and our medical transcribers transform them into an MS Word format or in a format that is standard.
I need for you to
1) look at the before ( scanned documents ) and after transcripts ( ms word format of the scanned document ). see how long it would take to complete each one by the normal process and the wbe form process ( if we have one ).
2) look at the form, and see if there are any external informations needed. ideally everything should be in the scanned document and it is just all typed in a formal format.
you do not do any web codings. i need for you to look at the process and see improvements.
I will give you 30 files a week. the before and after.
this job will be for 1 month.
Document to me what external informations are necessary.
The report types are PS, Pain,Initial, Eval, QME etc...
At most, i expect to at least pin point a couple of report types that is standard enough that you dont really need anymore external reference or info other than the scanned doc and it becomes a matter of just retyping into another format.
