Looking for a ML specialist.

The job is to replicate the OOV decoder and DMN3 model as described by the OOV-NovelApproach paper attached below. The deliverable is: 1) an OOV decoder 2) the DMN3 model, which will be used to benchmark the OOV decoder. As the paper described, the OOV decoder (if coded correctly) would perform as well as or exceed the performance of the DMN3 model. Testing & Verification of the deliverable (OOV decoder): Once the project is completed, we will test the deliverable by bench-marking the decoder against he DMN3 model. The decoder should meet or exceed the performance of the DMN3 model. Once confirmed, the contract will be paid in full.
