Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and would like to help with your GreenSock javascript and CSS3 based animations yet your project description is confusing me.
Tonylee Korea animation is done with GreenSock library and its MorphSVG plugin. The implementation is actually bad since morphs are non "natural" - so it's seen that a developer has implemented that without research and understanding all plugin features.
Now for your second website I really despise web agencies that are implementing 3D animations on client websites, slowing them down (load and user experience) and with those animations giving no added value for a (potential) buyer. What does that 3D animation add to the page content and message? Nothing - it belongs to the portfolio, possibly even better as a video. Showing technical skills just for showing them is stupid on websites.
So what do you really need? I'm a GreenSock library pro for years and can animate a lot of objects with it. While I'm not a graphic designer per se I can manipulate any multimedia file.
And with having SVG specification knowledge, skills and its cross-browser support I have been fixing work after some other freelancers here. Regarding your scroll effects integration some additional javascript libraries can trigger GreenSock (sub-)animations, I prefer ScrollMagic for that.
Looking forward to your reply and hope you're safe,
Matt
