I am looking for a freelance interior designer for a residential project in Riyadh, Project requirements: - The land area is 10400 m 2 The basement area is 237,00 m 2 Ground floor area 413,00 m 2 First floor area 413,00 m 2 The upper floor area is 116,00 m 2 Area of external services: 74.00 m 2 - Interior design shall reflect the Andalusian style o 2D and 3D detailed drawings, Colors / Finishes / Materials references and specification, including: o Gypsum walls design in living rooms o Gypsum suspended ceiling plans as it should be in line with the HVAC plans which will be provided by the employer. o Walls finishes ( paint, ceramic , marble , gypsum ) depends on the space o Floor finishes (marble, ceramics) depends on the space o Furniture visualization plans. o Lighting visualization plans. - 4# 3D high resolution interior renders for different spaces ( two living rooms, pool lounge area, and master bedroom ) - The designer should consider that all curtains are hidden with plaster - The designer must simulate Andalusian style in the walls and ceilings - The designer must simulate Andalusian style in furniture and flooring - Design of floors suitable for Andalusian style - Design marble bathrooms - Taking into consideration the entrances in terms of design of ceilings and floors and highlight them more in the design in terms of decoration and lighting the roof - The designer must move away from the complexity of the decoration so as to facilitate the execution contractor Candidate must have: - Interior design degree or certificate. - Expert in AutoCAD , ArchiCAD , 3D max or equivalent software ( must be specified ) - Know how to read architectural and MEP drawings. - A professional interior design portfolio ready for a review. Items to be provided by the employer when a candidate is elected. - Basic 3D model ArchiCAD format or equivalent software (to be specified ) - Detailed drawings ( Architecture, MEP, and structure ) - 3D exterior renders. - Site photos.
