I am looking for a native French (not French Canadian) speaker to make audio recordings of the attached file. There are 4000 words and phrases that should be recorded in high quality and saved as an mp3 file. There should be no more than 1/2 a second of silence at the beginning and end of each phrase. Ideally I would like to have half these words recorded by a female and half recorded by a male native speaker. There should be no background hiss or noise. I would also ask that each file be named starting with "FA1" followed by up to the first 4 words of the phrase. See the spreadsheet for an example. There will be a lot more work like this in the future for the successful candidate.

Hello, I am French (27 years old). I would record my voice on my iPhone 5, then I can edit it with Audacity on my laptop, so if there is too much silence at the beginning and end of each phrase I can cut it. I am very organized so naming the files according to your model won't be a problem. The mp3 files will be uploaded to an FTP? Do I have to add intonation depending on the phrase, or keep the same tone of voice? What is the deadline for this project? Regards, Sébastien.
