Full Time Web designers / Photoshop Designers

PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU'RE AVAILABLE FOR FULL-TIME WORK (45 hours a week - Mon-Fri) and if you're available to start ASAP. We need an individual freelancer, not an agency. We are looking for website layout designers who have the calibre to deliver strong, clean and creative website layout designs. The candidate needs to be extremely efficient and meet creative requirements on a daily basis. The candidate should have strong understanding of design principles of websites. The candidate needs to have in-depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques and need to deliver projects on-time as per specifications with an appropriate level of quality. Creative folks who have the knack for designing world-class web layouts will be preferred. Candidate needs to have proficiency with software like Photoshop, Fireworks & Illustrator. Good command over the English language and ability to communicate well with customers are required skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the website development industry is required.
