We currently have an windows webfilter driver client that we need to maintain and refactor into a more modern Visual Studio version. This windows driver uses a third party driver. We are looking for an expert in windows and c++ and driver to fix some issues (upgrade from tls 1.0, tls 1.1 to later tls 1.3) and to refactor this application.
