260795 Wordpress installation

We would like somebody to install WordPress for us with a simple but attractive theme/template. We would also likely to have an events calendar feature installed such as: [login to view URL] Similarly, it would be good, if there could be a form for people to 'submit an article'. Something similar to what we want with the same features can be seen at: [login to view URL] (please note, this is not our website!) We will provide graphics such as logo files and colour palette, as well as hosting.
