Make existing C application and php script to run on linux and apache

I have a program that is already working, only it is not working in all my servers, and part of it, a php script is not working on apache(when I call the url in my browser). Find attached the whole program (all required files including readme file to do the installation steps), please use it to verify if you can do the job. When accepted this project you will get access to a server where you can show the program is working. It is a multithreaded C application that runs a large number of php scripts in paralel on a linux centos server. The C application uses a library to execute hundereds of curl requests simultaneously within a single process. A [login to view URL] that contains a loop through a set of urls and a set of variables for each url, interacts with that C program. The C program on its turn will run hundreds of individual php scripts at once. The [login to view URL] script works fine when running it from the linux command line. However, when placing the [login to view URL] script in a web folder and running it from the browser does not work. Your task is to make sure the [login to view URL] script will be working also when running (as it is running from the linux command line) it on apache server and when calling the [login to view URL] script in the browser. The attached program works on my freshly installed linux server, but not on my main server. On the freshly installed server it only works when the [login to view URL] script is called from the command line, but not when called from the web browser. I want to be able to put the [login to view URL] script anywhere in a folder and it should run when I call the url in my browser. You have to make sure the [login to view URL] script runs independent in which folder it is placed, and independent wheter it is being run from linux command: php [login to view URL] or when called from web browsers: [login to view URL](which means it will do a curl request to many individual php scripts in a very efficient way).
