Create Restaurant Menu Mailer EDDM Format 8.5x5.5" Color

I am looking for someone who can design a pizza delivery restaurant menu in large postcard format with USPS EDDM Formatting already on the back of menu mailer. I would prefer someone who has already done menu layouts - but its fine if they havent, I have examples of how I want it laid out, without the eddm section. Would prefer product be made in Photoshop or InDesign with standard fonts for the most part for easier editing of pricing later. Please provide examples of work ONLY related to restaurant menus and such. Please do not send a ton of unrelated projects unless you havent done a menu before, then Id say only provide the best of what youve done. I dont want a ton of vector mess or thrown together graphic mess in my inbox. Note - what I have attached would be something like what Id like made. This is currently in half sheet (8.5"x5.5") format. I would like this reformatted to EDDM Standard
