CircleCI Expert is needed

1. The build number is incremented and updated in the source file. 2. The source file with the build is checked in without triggering a new build. 3. The build is deployed to AWS. 4. A confirmation message is sent via email and Slack. We are flexible with the CI/CD technology choice as long as it isn't too expensive. The CI/CD system should provide: 1. A web UI. 2. The ability to trigger off of a change on a branch. 3. The ability to trigger manually. 4. The ability to deploy to multiple AWS environments and AWS accounts (i.e. we need to be able to configure the AWS credentials on a per-project basis). The deliverable is a document that provides step-by-step instructions with screenshots on how to set up a project for deployment on a branch change and for deployment on a manual trigger. You will be given GitHub access to one of our systems to use as the test case while setting things up and writing the document. The project will have 2 milestones: 1. Initial delivery when you provide the document and we try it out. 2. Changes based on initial delivery where we ask for any updates based on our experience. We are looking for an expert who has used one or more CI/CD systems extensively and can get things up and running within the next couple of days - this is not a project to learn something new, it's a chance to sell your existing skills.
