Got extensive scraping experience, I dare to say there's no website I couldn't scrape even if it has advanced detection systems :) as well im currently based in Netherlands, if you'd like to discuss details in person or over phone ('s-Gravenzande). As for deployment i can install it on server and provide you with Ansible playbook in case you'd like to deploy to another one in future. In case you'd like to scale easily I can as well provide you with terraform integrated with Ansible to autosetup on DigitalOcean. Do you have any preference on language used to create the api?
