Custom textview widget

I'm building a social media app and I need a textview that will display users' comments. It should be declarable in XML and on the Java side, a string (Username) should be accepted by the textview. It should prepend this username to an actual comment string that should also be passed in. The comment should parse any word that has a # or @ sign. The username, # and @ should all be clickable.
