Gamification to increase employee performance

I need a solid team or individual that can create a series of games with incentives that employees within any company can use in order to learn and become better performers within their organization. The game should also have ability produce rewards and should be addictive for the employee. In other words, IF they game is used an incentive without learning then they should always want to improve their performance in order to get tokens or a right to play the game to earn prizes. If the game is used for learning the better they score the larger the reward. The games should not be just a simple question and answer game but one that has true adventures or will create enough interest for the player as not to be boring. Additionally, the gaming solution could be a customized combination of the two but still should be fun and interesting. Like a scavenger hunt or maze with challenges, pitfall and rewards for survival. If you have experience in employee gamification in the mobile or web space, we would like to hear from you. Even if you do not build the game, we may be willing to pay you to design the features of the game. Generic replies to the project request such as “We can do this” or simple submission of resumes without an actual proposal may be ignored unless your portfolio and reviews suggest you very well may be able to deliver the solution we’re looking for. But we would advise the you reply directly by telling us what kind of solution you can offer us to this problem and give examples of what you have created in this space.
