fix The following: * Messages from the application side: When the message is sent, it repeats with the tone of the moment of transmission From the admin panel side: - There is no notification that the message has arrived .. Meaning, the users who communicated with us cannot be distinguished - The message is delayed reaching the admin panel and Appear only after the page is reloaded - Image or attachment upload service in messages for both sides (application + admin panel) does not work * Notices for the application for all sections do not work, there is only a sound without notice. And then uploaded the application on Android on Google Play
