Project Description: Transportation Management System We are looking for a skilled developer to create a Transportation Management System that meets our specific needs. We want to create an "uber like" app and for drayage cargo crossing the border. The Idea is to have a TMS for each carrier and a Main TMS that groups all carriers together into one platform similar to "uber or Lyft" .The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing features such as shipment tracking, fleet management, dispatch, and route optimization, Picture Upload, etc Features: - Shipment tracking: The system should allow us to track the status and location of shipments in real-time. - Fleet management: We require a feature that enables us to efficiently manage our fleet, including tracking vehicle performance, maintenance scheduling, and driver assignment. - Route optimization: The system should have the capability to optimize routes, minimizing travel time and fuel consumption. Integration: - The need for integration with existing software or platforms is uncertain at this time. The developer should have experience in integrating systems and be able to provide guidance on potential integration options. It should be able to integrate into cameras and GPS tracking devices. Platform: - The preferred platform for the system is both desktop and mobile. The developer must be proficient in developing applications for both platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
