hello i want 1 webpanel and 1 andriod app which conected live with out sec of disconection. web panel in webpanel i can create opertaor company and add ussd codes i can create app user and add operator. reports number and its transfer balance amount time and date every thing show in reports. after everything is created only i have to select oprator and write mobile number and balance transfer amount it will automatically select code according to balance transfer amount and send to app for redial untill its finish and the status of redial show in panel. but that dosenot means i can not write more mobile number . i will writting continiosly mobile number and amount but that all show in que one by one completed or it will send to other app user to redial. App i want app install in differnt mobile with user login when panel send instuctions without sec it start redial but the time is selected by app user after 1 call and another call redial sec it will onspot start redial. if any error show app show status in panel also. example in panel i create 1 app user and select oprator company after when ever i select opertaor company and write mobile number and balance transafer amount it will send in sec and start redial in app this way we can add multiple operator and app user to run huge amount of ussd runing. example. i want to send 75 balance transfer and operator maximum limit is 20 at a time it send 3 time 20 with code and 1 time 15 and status show it completed. codes like this. *133*mobile number*amount# amount 75 example *133*number*20# *133*number*20*1# *133*number*20*2# *133*number*15# this way 75 balance transfer in panel i can write only mobile number and amount the rest ussd code is auto select and start redial in app without waste a sec. any question feel free to ask.
