I need very trivial mobile application. The only goal will be to display a HTML page. I think this is called webview. I will provide you with a file with the HTML and javascript code of the displayed HTML page. Each time when the android app is started in the phone, it will simply display the static HTML page (it will not load it from internet, it must have it stored in the app). My html page will have some code which will connect to internet later, but that is my coding task, you don't need to worry about this. I need the same app for iPhone and Android phones at once. I need to be able to "compile" the applications myself on my computer, in order to update the in-app static HTML page when necessary, so I will ask you for guidance how to setup the environment for this task. Since this is very trivial task, my budget is set to $55, bids over this limit will be ignored, I am sorry.
