We are looking for some code in Visual basic to be translated for an android app. This code is a communication from a handheld device to a DEX box with the DEX/UCS protocol, specifically for invoices. The bidder must be proficient in Visual Basic for Microsoft handhelds as well as Java for androids. You must also be familiar with the DEX protocol to be able to communicate between the devices.
