2D Animation Artist Required (Must have a cultural knowledge of Nigeria)

I require the service of a "Nigerian" 2D animation artist or someone conversant with the Nigerian scenery and culture, who will help create a weekly series of short (5 mins or less) animation skits within an African story-line context. The script to be animated would be provided, however the freelancer is to provide the voice artist to execute the various roles. Please note that this is a long term role (requires an animation release each week), and requires long term commitment. ** Please note that the emphasis on a Nigerian 2D Animation Artist or someone conversant with the Nigerian scenery and culture is because this task requires the artist to be conversant with the Nigerian culture and scenery.
